Do you have a preference between circumcised or uncircumcised?
Circumcision is common in some countries more than others. In Canada, less than 8% of newborns are circumcised and in the United States (on average, depending on the geography) under 45% are clipped. In the United Kingdom, under 4% are nowadays circumcised. Some males are circumcised for medical considerations, others for personal reasons or simply parental choice.
